Then, Documentolog version 5.0 was released, which for the first time introduced integration with the State Electronic Document Management System (ESEDO) with support for digital signatures from the National Certification Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the State Certification Center.
Thus, once again, the company became a pioneer in the world of electronic document management in the country: Documentolog's EDM became the first information system to successfully integrate with the ESEDO of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Service Evolution: Crisis or New Opportunities?
In 2015, the company made another breakthrough by creating the "Center for Electronic Document Exchange" (CEDE), which ensures Documentolog's integration with third-party systems. It then released its first mobile application, Documentolog, for the Android operating system.
The developments did not go unnoticed: in 2018, the company received a well-deserved award – it became the best IT company of the year in the country.
During the rapid development of digitalization, the entire country faced a new dangerous challenge – the COVID-19 pandemic. In this difficult period, many entrepreneurs encountered insurmountable obstacles, including strict quarantine. Some businesses lost their ability to earn and even closed down, unable to find ways to transition online.
At that time, Documentolog made another significant leap forward – the company quickly transitioned the entire government apparatus to an online format. Thanks to Documentolog, even during quarantine, employees could perform their duties remotely and not stop work processes for a moment.
After such a case, in which the Documentolog electronic document management system team demonstrated their high-level professionalism, the number of clients and system users grew. The company developed, creating new digital products for businesses and citizens.
