At the Government meeting on February 26, 2025, CEO of Documentolog, Baizhan Kanafin, presented new opportunities for artificial intelligence (AI) on Documentolog platforms to enhance the efficiency of government agencies.
Artificial intelligence in Documentolog is capable of automating key document management processes, including:
✅ Document creation – eliminating duplication and automatically generating texts based on approved documents.
✅ Assignment of responsible executors – analyzing the content of the document and determining the most suitable employee.
✅ Monitoring the execution of assignments – tracking task completion, providing deadline recommendations, and working with voice commands.
Documentolog is already actively participating in the digitalization of public administration, implementing E-Zanama – a platform through which all laws and regulations of the Government pass. So far, 30 digital bills and 15 advisory documents have been created.
