Previously, legal entities faced a problem: some government agencies and public service centers did not accept tripartite contracts in electronic form. The reason? When downloading a document signed with an electronic digital signature (EDS), only the receipt was downloaded, and the document itself could not be viewed.

Now this problem is solved! The system now allows downloading contracts with EDS for public service centers. To verify the validity of the document, scan the QR code using your phone: you will be able to view the document itself and all signing marks.
How does it work?
Step 1. Log in to the Documentolog Business system;
Step 2. Open the required contract;
Step 3. Next to the attachment, click the download button and select "Download with EDS for public service centers";

Step 4. To verify the validity of the document via QR code, scan the QR code using your phone;

Step 5. After scanning the QR code, the document with the signature will be displayed.

The link to the document will be available for 30 days. During this period, it can be submitted to any public service center without the risk of rejection.
This simplifies the registration process, saves time, and eliminates bureaucratic barriers.
